    "content": " It is the Chair and the Committee that has brought the amendments just like any other individual Member. So, it is upon the Chair to convince all of us that what he is bringing is constitutional. In fact, like Hon. T. J has said, we do not want to throw the baby with the bath water. The Chair had an opportunity, he met the technical bench, and he is now before the House. In about three minutes, he must convince us. If we are not convinced, then we have the right to agree or disagree with him. Hon. T.J, we are not harassing the Chair. He has been given all the time. We are very few Members and we know what we are doing."
