    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I stand to support this amendment. The issue here is pretty simple. If the Government acquires your land compulsorily, pays you part of the payment and takes the land, but pays you the rest of the money later, who is more likely to lose? Suppose a person was living in the premises and has been paid partly, then he is told to move and take his houses and everything away, how can he do that? I support the move. Let them pay fully."
