    "content": "I am a Member of that Committee and I am one of those who opposed the 90 days period for the tribunal to sort out any issue that is before it. Time is of essence particularly when it comes to issues of property. So, the proposed 90 days was too long a period, in my view. Therefore, we felt that it was important to shorten it. If a matter is before the tribunal, it must ventilate and finish within 60 days."
