    "content": "Among the institutions which appeared before the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs to make submissions include the Judiciary, the EACC, Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, Office of the Attorney-General, Department of Justice and even the land sector. They gave views on areas which we felt it was good for them to clarify. The laws that are proposed to be amended are those that affect those institutions and it was important for them to give their views. They were able to do so."
