    "content": "Also, there is a section dealing with temporary employees. That during the period of strike the employer is given the right to employ workers on temporary basis. This effectively kills this right to go on strike because if you know you are going to be replaced immediately, why go on that strike which is provided for in the Constitution? I believe that is very unfair. In the same Act, there is a proposal that those who are planning to go on strike should provide security for property and personnel."
