Temporary Deputy Speaker, on behalf of the people of Funyula Constituency, Busia County and on behalf of my own self and family, I send my sincere condolences to the families of the young souls that perished in the unfortunate road accident in Mwingi. I know it is painful for a parent to lose a Standard Eight candidate who is full of hope and expectations. It is sad. I sincerely commiserate with the family that lost two children: a boy and a girl. I feel sorry for them."
