Senators, we finalized the Second Reading of several Bills and passed five Motions; three of them by the County Public Accounts and Investments Committee Report. This is commendable. However, we need to expedite the consideration of the 10 Bills due to the Committee of the Whole in order to proceed to Third Reading and passage of the Bills.
