    "content": "Thank you Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. From the outset, I want to say that the lives and properties that were lost in Solai are very sacred. We would not like Kenyans to lose their lives at any given point again. Articles 34 and 35 of the Constitution provide for media freedom and right of access to information. I have heard my colleagues talk of the rule of sub judice and that debate should be stopped. This is very unfortunate. With all due respect to Sen. Moi, I believe that there should be a legal redress for the lives and property that were lost. The Committee that is chaired by one of the Members of the Committee on Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights, Sen.
