    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for this opportunity. I support the Statement by Sen. Sakaja. In the counties, it is true that we are not recognizing trade unions, which are the defenders of the employees. Most importantly, we do not have a benchmark or regulation for employment across the country. For example, we get some counties employing people of low qualifications to very high job groups. For example, I have seen new graduates being employed as directors in Job Group R. Where on earth does one complete their degree and become a director? There is need to scrutinize the qualifications of our employees, so that across the country we can have a standard for employing our people."
