    "content": "When went to Uasin Gishu, I learnt something which was very important for us to achieve the 30 per cent youth, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and women‘s access to business. They have started cooperatives where money is given. The youth get money to do business and the county government pays through them. The youth, PWDs and women are able to do business. That is also a very good Statement. We will need to do a forensic audit of whether or not our youth, PWDs and women are getting access to the tenders as per the law."
