    "content": "On the issue of following up on that, the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority should be able to give that report to the relevant Committee, in this case, the Committee on National Cohesion, Equal Opportunity and Regional Integration. I urge the Members of the Committee, and the Chair in particular, to follow up, so that we get this report after every six months and see how the counties and the national Government are doing in implementing this law. This is one way we can loop the women, youth and PWDs into the productive sector of this country by performing the necessary contracts, getting the necessary experience and funding, so that they can contribute to the development of this country."
