Arising from his answer that he will not allow two NGOs to operate, that is, basically one for food distribution and another for the warehouse, what specific action will he take in terms of areas like Samburu where he has one agency dealing with the warehouse and another one dealing with food distribution? Secondly, I wish he could clarify the case of Turkana Central better in terms of which organization has been given the lead agency and by when."
