The other day, the Minister of State for Immigration and Registration of Persons, the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security and a number of other Ministers were denied access to one of our security posts between Kenya and Southern Sudan. The fate of Migingo is still undecided. Where are we? What is our foreign policy? These are issues that we must decide on. There is an inherent relationship between foreign policy and security. If we get our foreign policy and security issues right, we will live in a very peaceful region."
