    "content": "This issue is a big threat and it is about time that this Government looks into it. I keep on saying that the biggest mistake we made in this House is to do away with the Committee on Implementation. This is the kind of Motion the Ministry of Tourism and Wildlife, working with the Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS), hotel owners and people who benefit from tourism should focus on. This should be to the extent that touching an animal is literally a security issue in this country. They all have to come together, take these statistics and find a way to give human life the importance it deserves."
