    "content": "When we talk about the expansion of population into these areas where there is wildlife, I remember Sen. Mwaruma talking about the communities that live next to the park. During the dry season, animals are allowed to graze in the park albeit illegally. During that time, there is a lot of human-wildlife conflict. Instead of us burning the grass in our national parks, it is about time that the Ministry of Tourism and Wildlife should work with county governments to develop a system whereby the county governments can harvest the grass."
