    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, what threatens Kenya, threatens the survival of our Parliament. This is the House which is the custodian of the Kenyan wishes more than the Government because the House consists of both those who voted for and against the Government. This is the right forum in which we should address that matter. Even as Parliament, we are not aware of the tragedy that is befalling Kenya and I do not think that we have taken the issue of Somalia seriously."
