    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, in Kenya we are blessed with so many resources and all the policies and laws in place. Unfortunately, we are not implementing them. We take advantage of the poor people and exploit them. Every officer that is there is not ready to serve Kenyans passionately. My request is that those who are already affected and suffered should be compensated immediately and proper measures be put in place for any other person who will fall victim.
