    "content": "Following the judgement delivered on 5th February 2018 regarding constitutional Petition No.607 of 2017 challenging the said statutory provision, the judge dismissed the Petition citing that the court is hesitant to be involved in internal matters of professional bodies. The petitioner, therefore, contends that the court verdict dissuaded courts from involving themselves with internal matters of professional bodies, but encourage them to seek redress through other means, including, but not limited to, legislative interventions."
