    "content": "This Petition, therefore, stands committed to the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs for consideration. The Committee is required to consider the Petition and report its findings to the House and the petitioners in accordance to Standing Order No.227(2). May I also encourage the Committee to consider introducing separate legislation to address the concern of the petitioners or use the avenue of the Statue Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill (National Assembly Bill No.12 of 2018) to cause the House to legislate in the manner prayed by the Law Society of Kenya."
