(a) Is the Cabinet Secretary aware of the quarrying and stone crushing activities by M/s Jiangxi Zhongmei Engineering Company (JZEC) in Bukhakunga and Makhwabuye areas in Malava Constituency? (b) Is the Cabinet Secretary further aware that the situation has led to environmental degradation, loss of life and destruction of properties? (c) What action is the Ministry taking to ensure that the victims of the said activities are compensated?"
