    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to speak very much about leaders. We have a very heavy responsibility to teach the people we are leading how to obey the laws of the land. If we can just obey our laws, I want to say, with much confidence, that there will be no stealing and no insecurity along our borders, and our police officers will be able to manage the borders properly. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have baptised stealing in this country. People walk into our banks, steal money and walk out and nothing happens. Tomorrow, you will hear another robbery and nothing will happen to suspects. So, let us not spend a lot of time trying to give suggestions and yet we are not ready to obey the laws of the land.
