(a) Is the Cabinet Secretary aware that the construction of Maua-Athiru-Kiraone-Kilili- Meru National Park road has stalled? (b) How much money was allocated for the construction of the road? (c) When is the construction of the road expected to be completed? (d) Noting the delayed construction of the road, could the Ministry consider taking disciplinary action against the contractor and awarding the tender to a more competent contractor?"
