    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, the issue which has been raised is whether a Member can amend an amendment which has been moved by another Member. That is very important because if we do not clear that properly, it will set a precedent. So, the right thing to do is that the Member who intends to move a further amendment has to convince the Mover of the original amendment. In this case, if Hon. Duale will be convinced, that will be right, but if not, then Hon. Kioni’s amendment will fall."
