    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I want Hon. Nyikal and Hon. Chris to listen to me. I want to read this amendment. That we retain Section 3 which says, “(3) A national or county public health facility shall, in the procurement and distribution of drugs and medical supplies, obtain all such drugs and medical supplies from the authority.” But because we want to deal with quality, I say, subject to the drug being registered by the board and the drugs and the supplies meeting the standards, quality and are efficacious as authorised by the board. Is that okay?"
