    "content": "“A national or a county public health facility shall, in the procurement and distribution of drugs and medical supplies, obtain all such drugs and medical supplies from the authority subject to- a. The drug being registered by the board; b. The drugs and the medical supplies meet the standards of quality and are efficacious as authorised by the board.” I have removed the whole of section 3.
