    "content": "At the outset, I support the Leader of the Majority Party who has clearly said that this Bill was with us in the 11th Parliament and went through the process in the National Assembly but “died” in the other House, as we are told. We hope this time round it is not going to die there again. We are going to do our part and make sure we forward it as soon as possible."
