    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we have not recognized the Government of Somaliland. However, we have maintained diplomatic contact quietly because Somaliland is part and parcel of Somalia. Hopefully, once we sort out the issue of the rest of Somalia, all these de facto states will form the State of Somalia. As far as we are concerned, we accept their structures that they will give us a reasonable response when this matter comes into play. We believe that since there are Somalis who live in that country and do business as usual, the cases will be handled fairly and equitably."
