    "content": "Thank God that Hon. Kanini Kega is still here to listen to this. We need the Government to come in. We have a lot of funds in our Government that are directed to economically empowering a section of a society that it thought to be weaker members of our society. Money in National Council for Persons with Disabilities (NCPWD), Women Fund, Uwezo Fund and Youth Empowerment Fund, can be borrowed and if they can channel their funds through these SACCOs then we will have an economic powerhouse in SACCOs."
