    "content": "Another good thing about this Bill is that we will separate the ordinary SACCO from deposit-taking ones. In case we have a SACCO which is running a parallel business, we have recommended that it should be separated, so that in case there is a problem with the deposit- taking SACCO, the other members of the SACCO can continue saving their money."
