    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we are aware that poaching has been going on and has actually increased in the recent past. In Marsabit area, elephants and rhinos have disappeared. Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) and the Government know who the poachers are. The case we are discussing arose out of animals being scared out of their normal sanctuaries. Could the Assistant Minister tell us whether that trend is going to continue because there is no conservation of our wildlife which is going on?
