    "content": "I want to go back again to the Political Parties Act. In the Act, there is a provision for pre and post MOU. This is a message to the Registrar of Political Parties. In a given situation, where there is a coalition because the law requires that the MOU must be deposited at the Registrar of Political Parties… So, if that MOU has been deposited with the Registrar of Political Parties, that is a legal document. When it comes to disbursement, the Registrar of Political Parties should disburse the funds directly to those political parties based on the Political Parties Fund because the Auditor-General has no issue.
