    "content": "I know it is something that has come before the Budget and Appropriations Committee. We strongly pushed for it because it is not good for Parliament to set some bad trends by violating the law that we enacted. One way of ensuring that political parties in this country mature is to give them money for their operations and even for them to practise internal democracy.
