    "content": "With those few remarks, I support the Motion. I want the Committee through my good friend, Hon. Kimani Ichung’wah, to move with speed, so that they begin to have a conversation with the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury. When I raised the issue by way of a Statement last time, I was told that the National Treasury did not place that in its Policy Statement. The National Treasury should be put on notice that come the next financial year, we do not expect things that are statutory to wait until you come on the Floor of the House and Members try to ask how their political parties will survive."
