    "content": "The fifteenth one is the Fisheries Management and Development Act, No.35 of 2016. The amendments proposed in this Bill are to harmonise various definitions in the Act. It also seeks to introduce a new provision which empowers the Cabinet Secretary to make regulations with regard to the conduct of affairs of the standing and technical committees. It will also prescribe the minimum standards for crew working on fishing vessels."
