We have been given statistics that these number of children are made pregnant in Kitui, Isiolo and wherever. Can the Ministry of Health tell us what they are doing about it apart from reporting? This is the question that we need to ask the Ministry. As leaders, we should come out and make sure that Government ministries are held accountable."
