We should tell them to be the mothers when we are not there, so that any man looking at any young girl with a suspicious eye should be dealt with immediately. That can be seen easily because women can know if the men are serious. Therefore, female teachers should be made responsible and be requested to fill the gap when the parents are not there. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as the girls go through these ordeals, they are also infected with diseases, including contracting HIV/AIDs, and the men do not care at all. When these girls throw their children in the streets, which then causes an increase in the number of street children, it then looks like we are not able to control our society.
