    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, most of the perpetrators of such heinous acts are young teachers and they should also be taught life skills. When they are in class, for example, they should be taught not to look at the girls in the faces or sensitive areas if they are “weak.” They should be taught to look above their heads. I am saying this because I have been a teacher for over 21 years, both in secondary schools and at the university level. I, therefore, know that there are some people who are very “weak” and they cannot dare look at the faces and the backs of girls without being excited. Therefore, such teachers should be taught life skills. Sen. Wako said there are many but I can tell you that such teachers are very few. I have taught for all those years without admiring a girl."
