    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we should all be very scared. Not just us in this House, but all governments in Africa, if the USA can use its international NGO like USAID to access data of monetary value, which is not accessed by ordinary citizens. Could the Assistant Minister assure this House that such a thing will never be repeated? He should make sure that he will peruse everything at the CBK and make sure that such information is not leaking out to the likes of USAID."
