    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is of great concern when I hear that the USA Government can seek action from the CBK. This morning, we were discussing the Charterhouse Bank. We understand that the USA Government made some very damaging allegations about the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade. If that is the case, and it appears that they have done this before, should they not change the name of the CBK to the Central Bank of Kenya care of USA? This is because this is going on and on."
