Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. always tells me that I am a very big man in Parliament. However, this afternoon, the Majority leader has reminded me that while I might be big in Parliament, I am a very small man inside the Chamber, especially the way he has rearranged the Order Paper and shelved my desire to introduce some amendments."
