    "content": "There are pieces of legislation that relate to statutory bodies, organizations and parastatals, for example, the Kenya Railways that make it illegal for some of them to sell public land unless they can show that they acquired it subsequently after they were established. This rule should be extended to any public body that is in possession of public land. If they do not need it, it should go back to the Government or become part of the public land. It should be surrendered to the Government or to the counties. This is to ensure that land will be available now and in the future."
