    "content": "There are many people who bought land along the road to Suswa from Kimuka. There are those who bought land in Duka Moja going all the way along the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR). Today, in Suswa Town where most lands do not have title deeds, where one acre used to be at about Kshs70,000, with Kshs5 million, you cannot get a plot because of the SGR. Since some people leaked out the information, many people came from the neighbouring counties and bought a lot of land. Now, they are the ones to be compensated because of the construction of the SGR. That Mover should consider increasing the penalty."
