Speaker, pursuant to provisions of Standing Order No. 42A(5), I beg to ask Question No.132/2018 directed to the Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development. a) What is the status of completion of the Nakuru -Total -Eldoret Highway Interchange? b) Is the Cabinet Secretary aware that the design of the interchange currently lacks service lanes, underpass, U-turn, pedestrian crossing points, road signage and street- lighting, among others? c) What steps has the Ministry taken to ensure the project is as per the set standards?"
