I have drafted some and they have been hanging in offices since July. I am made to understand that Questions which are brought to the House are only those ones which require answers from the Cabinet Secretaries. How are we going to oversee the independent commissions if Questions cannot be raised and be answered by them on this Floor? That is the guidance I am trying to seek from you."
