    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me an opportunity. This Bill was moved and seconded. On page 412, with regard to the matter on the Cooperative Societies Act, my Committee prepared a report for the Cabinet Secretary and Principal Secretary for Industry, Trade and Cooperatives who appeared before our Committee. They disowned these amendments and said that they never originated from neither their Ministry nor the cooperative movement. The cooperative movement was also summoned. This Bill has now been moved and seconded. The Leader of the Majority Party, Hon. Duale, owns this Bill. If you could guide, we need direction on whether we are still going to deal with it or it will be expunged from the records."
