    "content": "The Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill also talks about our urban areas and centres. We revised it and said that areas that have a population of at least 80,000 people will be an urban town and will have infrastructure development for sewer, water and other services. I am looking forward to its implementation so that I can see my home town of Molo being made an urban centre."
