It separates those items whose statistics will be produced both from the national Government and the county governments. That ensures that all the information is reported by KNBS. It prohibits any information brought in from individuals, which at times is not accurate yet you find people using it to generate certain reports. With the control of all the statistical records under the KNBS, the country will have accurate information which can be used internationally."
