    "content": "We do not farm fish where I come from. But, I know very well that if fish is protected and farmed well in this country, we do not need to import; not only even from China but also Uganda. We do not need to. As a country, it is high time we woke up and protected our resources. The resources we have in this country are enormous. The people from the Coast should benefit from the resource they have been given by God, the same way people from Turkana are benefiting from the resource of oil when we have a full-blown exploration, pumping and selling of oil."
