    "content": "Clause 3 of this Bill also provides for cases because in every case, you realise that there are people who may even want to vandalize, damage or even destroy billboards of other people. The Bill has provided for how people found guilty of this offence will be treated. Clause 18 states- ―A person who contravenes any provision of this Act for which no penalty is provided is liable, on conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to a fine not exceeding two hundred thousand shillings or to both.‖"
