    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I appreciate the fact that language is dynamic. I meant that an advert done in Nairobi is different from an advert in Tharaka- Nithi. It must be trendy, latest and up to date unlike in other counties where we come from where people are more conservative. A person cannot wake up one day and put up an advert of a half-naked lady somewhere in the middle of Nandi County but we can do it here in Nairobi. That is what I meant."
